What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, email address, phone number and business details when you use the leak calculator, book a call, or email us.
- Business information you share — details about your operations that you provide during an enquiry or engagement.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics about how visitors use this site, via Google Analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the estimate or audit you requested.
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book.
- To improve this website.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, improving our service).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the business: Google (email, analytics), Calendly (bookings), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Client engagement records are kept for 6 years to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal data at any time — email fazy@feadvisory.co.uk and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
